If an issue arises as a result of our work, we will return and fix it at no extra cost. This does not apply to gutter cleaning.

Access & preparation
What if access to the property is difficult?
If access is limited, we may arrange a visit to assess the safest and most suitable approach.
Do I need to arrange parking for your visit?
If your area has parking restrictions, we may ask you to arrange a visitor permit for the day. We will provide our vehicle details in advance.
Do I need to prepare anything before you arrive?
In most cases, no preparation is needed. If possible, we recommend keeping the area near the work location clear, including moving any vehicles parked close to the gutters or access points. We will let you know in advance if anything specific is required.
Is the work carried out safely?
Yes. We always carry out our work using safe methods and appropriate equipment. For safety reasons, we kindly ask that you keep a safe distance from the work area while the job is in progress, as debris may fall from height. If we need to discuss anything with you, we will pause the work and speak with you directly.
